Back in 2013, founders Daniel Schwanitz and Thomas Zydeck initially focused on hygiene management and process-optimizing solutions for the catering industry. Wanting to enable improved HACCP in-house control, they developed Check de Cuisine for use especially in the catering industry.

It soon became evident that there is a great need for the digital management of hygiene and quality in other areas and sectors such as clinics, medical practices, nursing homes or gyms. There is also a demand for the enabling of internal auditing that would include evaluations and statistics.

Thanks to our customers’ close cooperation and the trust we have gained from them, we are constantly creating new and exciting projects that complement our product range.

Daniel Schwanitz, who owns and runs a system house, has many years of experience and great expertise in the development and implementation of EDP solutions and he can rely fully on Thomas Zydeck‘s support in hygiene-related areas.

Thomas Zydeck has been an independent expert for industrial hygiene since 1999. As a trainer at institutions such as the Dehoga Rheinland Pfalz, the IHK Koblenz, the Gastronomic Education Center Koblenz and the Chamber of Crafts Koblenz in matters like LMIV, EC guidelines and IFSG, he is technically always up to date.
